SweetMail – Download & Links

Short summary

SweetMail is a maybe unusual but very nice eMail client offering some very interesting features.
Unfortunately development is discontinued but the current version runs fine under MacOS 7.5 to 9 and MacOS X.
SweetMail's successor called Namera is still beta but being a pure Coacoa app (thus, OSX only) it might become a great eMail client someday...

SweetMail's english home offers an online documentation which is highly recommended to be read since the SweetMail download package merely contains a short readme file.

After two years of silence, a new SweetMail version (2.2r6) was released in April 2004. Obviously, it has no new features or bug fixes but is freeware now.
It runs fine with MacOS 9 and (so I'm told) with OS X. And since you don't have to pay for it, you should try it if you're interested...
