SweetMail – Download & Links
Short summary
SweetMail is a maybe unusual but very nice eMail client offering some
very interesting features.
Unfortunately development is discontinued but the current version runs fine
under MacOS 7.5 to 9 and MacOS X.
SweetMail's successor called Namera is still beta but being a pure Coacoa app
(thus, OSX only) it might become a great eMail client someday...
I've written an article about SweetMail but it's in German. Maybe you'll try
an online translation service to read:

But at least, there's an english SweetMail FAQ.

SweetMail's english home offers an online documentation which is highly recommended to be read
since the SweetMail download package merely contains a short readme file.
For some time now the download doesn't seem to work from its home, so see below to get
SweetMail directly from here.

anyway.

After two years of silence, a new SweetMail version (2.2r6) was released in April 2004.
Obviously, it has no new features or bug fixes but is freeware now.
It runs fine with MacOS 9 and (so I'm told) with OS X. And since you don't have to
pay for it, you should try it if you're interested...
